Who is responsible

Palmita Y Vela SAS DE CV ("Palmita Y Vela"), owner of the Digital Vela brand, is responsible for the personal data you give us, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

This site has no forms and no user accounts. We collect personal data only when you email or message us, including on WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, the company you work for and whatever you choose to tell us in your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records technical connection data (IP address, browser, page requested, date and time) to run and protect the site.

What we use it for

We use your data to answer your message, follow up on your request for information, a proposal or a contract, and meet legal, tax and contractual obligations. We do not use it for anything else.

Data we handle for our clients

When a brokerage, an agent or a developer uses our software, Palmita Y Vela handles their clients' and leads' data as a processor, on that client's behalf and under its instructions. The client's own privacy notice applies to that data, because the client is responsible for it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or transfer it to third parties. We share it only with providers of hosting and email services, who handle it on our behalf, and with authorities when a law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, pixels or other tracking technology, and loads no third-party content.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law) and withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@digitalvela.mx with your name and a way to reply, a document that proves your identity or your representative's, and a description of the data and the right you want to exercise.

We will answer through the same channel, within the time the law allows.
